Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Pinfall. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Users in countries subject to export restrictions or sanctions where use of the Service would be unlawful are not permitted to use Pinfall.

2. No Account Required & Device ID

Pinfall does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or supply any personally identifiable information. The App generates a random unique identifier ("Device ID") on your device upon first launch. This Device ID:

• Is used solely to let you delete your own pins.
• Is transmitted to our servers only as a one-way hash — we cannot identify you from it.
• Resets if you uninstall and reinstall the App.

You are responsible for keeping your Device ID secure. We cannot recover access to pins associated with a lost Device ID.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Access and use the Service as described in these Terms.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any portion of it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pinfall only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:

• Does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Respects the anonymity and dignity of other users.
• Does not attempt to identify, deanonymize, or expose other users.
• Does not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Does not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network related to the Service.
• Does not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission.
• Does not artificially inflate engagement metrics.

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Pinfall. Posting prohibited content may result in immediate removal and permanent suspension:

6. Content Ownership & License

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the notes and content you post ("User Content"). Because Pinfall is anonymous, User Content is not linked to your identity in any user-facing way.

6.2 License You Grant to Us

By posting User Content, you grant Pinfall a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your User Content on the Service.
• Process your User Content through our moderation systems.
• Create aggregated, anonymized statistical insights from your User Content.

6.3 Representations

By posting User Content, you represent that you have the right to share the content, it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right, and it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

7. Content Moderation & Removal

Pinfall uses a three-layer AI moderation pipeline to review all content before it is published. We reserve the right to:

• Reject or remove any User Content that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
• Temporarily or permanently restrict your use of the Service for repeated or serious violations.
• Report content to law enforcement if we have a good-faith belief that it describes an imminent threat to any person's safety.

7.1 Reporting

You can report any pin you believe violates these Terms by tapping the flag icon on the pin detail card. We review reports with human oversight within 48 hours for urgent safety concerns.

8. Premium Subscription

8.1 Features

Pinfall offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features, including: Weekly Map Reports, Time Capsule notes, unlimited City History, an enhanced Night Mode map theme, and Echo notifications.

8.2 Pricing & Billing

Premium subscriptions are offered at the prices displayed in the App at the time of purchase (currently ₺59/month or ₺499/year). Your subscription is managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Only one free trial per Apple ID / Google account is permitted.

8.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We do not control or issue refunds directly.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, design, logos, icons, and underlying software are the exclusive property of Pinfall and its licensors. "Pinfall," the pin-and-map logo, and associated trade dress are trademarks of Pinfall. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinfall and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC), conducted in Turkish or English.

Class Action Waiver: Class Action Waiver: You and Pinfall agree that each may bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
